About: Fairlane is seeking a full-time preaching minister who embodies the spirit of Galatians 6--someone who leads with humility, gentleness, and a servant's heart. Fairlane is a multi-generation, close-knit congregation in Shelbyville, TN. They are prayerfully searching for a minister that can connect with their diverse congregation, from children and teens, to growing families, to devoted and active seniors. Fairlane desires a minister that can walk with us, teach us, and guide us in Christian love.

Job Expectations: *Preach and teach God's word weekly with clarity, sound doctrine, and passion. *Work alongside church leadership and our youth minister in vision casting, planning, and shepherding the church body. *Provide spiritual counseling to individuals, couples, and families, offering comfort and guidance rooted in Scripture. *Support members in times of joy and hardship--visiting the sick, encouraging the weary, and restoring the fallen gently. *Lead and participate in outreach ministry within the community, modeling Christ-like service and compassion. **Qualifications** *Solid theological training and a commitment to the authority of scripture. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills: compassionate, approachable, and discerning. *Experience in ministry is preferred but not required if a clear calling and giftedness are evident. *Must live or be willing to relocate to our town to fully engage with the church and community.
