About: The church of Christ at Millview in Franklin, TN, is seeking a full-time Youth Minister. They have a close-knit group of about 10 youth, with several younger members poised to join in the coming years. Millview is a family-oriented and friendly congregation that loves to laugh, fellowship together, and grow closer to God by digging into His Word. The mission and hope for the Youth Minister position is to be a partner in spreading the Gospel within the local community. They are looking for a man and his family who will help support the goal through their ministry of working with youth.

Job Description:

-Energetic, creative, and a team player

-Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.

-A planned and purposeful approach to youth ministry. -

Support/collaborate with Youth families and have a desire to be an active participant in youth activities.

-A Love for Christ's church and its members.

-Strong adherence to biblical authority and church doctrine.

-Lead youth classes on Sunday morning & Wednesday night, along with youth devotionals

-Coordinate events: CYC, Horizons, L2L, SYS, etc.

-Engage in evangelism with visiting youth

-Assist leaders of the church as needed and take part in church-hosted events
