About: Las Cruces Church of Christ seeks a full-time minister to teach, preach, lead in weekly worship, and serve alongside members in sharing the gospel in Las Cruces and beyond. The congregation meets for prayer, study, and worship and also gathers in small groups to deepen relationships and welcome guests.

Responsibilities include Bible-based Sunday preaching, developing Bible-class curricula, teaching an adult or youth class, encouraging fellowship and study in small groups, visiting those groups regularly, and offering one-on-one Bible studies with members and neighbors. The church seeks a minister grounded in Scripture who enjoys engaging with people, listens well, and has compassion for those who are lost or struggling.

Preferred qualifications include a college degree or equivalent, at least five years of ministerial experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, outreach and teaching experience, and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual ability is an added benefit. Start date is negotiable.
