About: ACTS seeks a Spirit-led, dedicated follower of Jesus who is self-motivated and able to lead students with wisdom and love. The director will lead the ministry’s daily work, invest directly in students, and equip the volunteers, churches, and supporters who make the ministry possible.

Student ministry includes building relationships, leading Bible studies and spiritual conversations, teaching, and providing individual discipleship for 30–50 students. The director will welcome students exploring Christianity and plan campus events, retreats, service opportunities, and other experiences that build community and support spiritual growth.

Responsibilities also include recruiting, training, equipping, and encouraging volunteers; managing calendars, communications, event logistics, outreach, and administration; and supporting fundraising, donor communications, and financial stewardship. The director will build relationships with partner churches and supporters and develop a clear vision and annual priorities with church leadership.
