About: Washington Avenue Church of Christ in Evansville, Indiana, is seeking a full-time Youth Minister. The congregation has an active youth group of teens, elementary-age children, and very supportive parents.

The Youth Minister would work with a dedicated team of 5 elders, 2 secretaries, 13 deacons, 300+ members, and 4.5 ministers, including a part-time evangelist. The congregation is passionate about equipping the saints and believes its youth are a vital part of that work today.

The preferred candidate is a college graduate with at least 3 years of youth ministry experience. However, the congregation is also interested in exceptionally talented and motivated people. Washington Avenue looks forward to finding a servant-hearted leader who is eager to model Christ and grow alongside a vibrant church family.
