About: The congregation averages 90-100 in attendance on Sunday mornings and 30-40 on Wednesday evening. The majority of the members are over the age of sixty. The family at Pace has three elders and five deacons. The church currently has a volunteer secretary who is in the office two days per week.

The congregation is financially sound and located in a rapidly growing area of Santa Rosa County just east of Pensacola. The congregation provides groceries to the needy in the community through its monthly food pantry. Mission and benevolence funding is provided to Rescue Ukraine, Mision Para Cristo, and Mount Dora Children's Home. Other outreach includes a monthly singing at a local assisted living community and grading World Bible School lessons.

Duties include preaching, teaching, overseeing adult education, visiting members, managing the church calendar, keeping contacts with the church's missionaries, and serving as the office administrator. The candidate is also expected to collaborate with the church's associate minister who will preach occasionally and whose primary functions include pantry, youth, social media, and education (preschool, elementary, teens). The church would prefer someone who is married, has 10-15 years of ministry experience, and has a Bible or ministry degree. Someone with skill in PowerPoint, websites, and social media is preferred. The church livestreams its Sunday morning service.
