Job Expectations: The primary focus is as a minister to young adults and young families. Teaching and facilitating activities to develop and grow their faith and commitment to Christ. Encourage and empower the young adults to involvement with church works and develop relationships through Christian fellowship. Other responsibilities include preaching when asked or needed. Working with the church leadership and staff in supporting the spiritual growth of the entire congregation.
