It is so easy for those of us who preach to think that what we are doing is about us, due to the amount of time, effort, study, and prayer that we put into our sermons. Dear God, may we never forget that it is all about You. May those of us who preach on Sunday remember that this is Your Word, this is Your Church, this is Your method, and these are Your people. Help us remember that You will give us Your desired results. May we call attention to You and never ourselves. May we focus our thoughts, hearts, and our preaching on You. May we constantly point those who come to hear us preach to You. Thank You, Father, for loving us and for giving us the gift of being able to speak Your Word. In Jesus Name, we Pray, Amen.
