In a world filled with distractions, it is a challenge for us to stay focused. Our prayer today is that these beautiful men who are stewards of Your Word will be able to remain focused on their preparation and their proclamation of Your Word. Every Sunday as we stand before Your people there are what seems to be a multitude of things that would cause us to be distracted. Father, please grant to Your men an extra measure of grace that will help them block out, for just a few moments the cares and concerns of this life and to be focused on the ministry of the Word. We pray for preachers around the world that they will have clarity of thought, comfort in their hearts, and a clear focus on this awesome task.
