Their Best for You

Father:

Whether Peter, Paul, Phil or Preston, each of us who stand before Your People with an open Bible tomorrow have struggles. For some it’s feelings of inadequacies, for others it’s handling their finances, for still others it’s a hurt, for more it’s a feeling that they have that there are those in the audience who are working against their work for You, for many it’s guilt, for some it’s an unresolved sin they are struggling with. Father, God of grace, may these Your men feel peace as their preach and teach. Please be near them, aid them in quelling those things which might hinder their effectiveness. May they hold up Your Son as the Way to You in the best matter possible. May they reflect Your Spirit in their presentation. May they enjoy the knowledge of Your presence in their preaching. May they find purpose in Your purpose. May they have joy in doing Your Will. Father, we want to be our best for You.
