About: Holly Hill Church of Christ is a growing, family-oriented congregation in Frankfort, Kentucky seeking a Children and Youth Minister to help steward the many young families God is bringing its way. Holly Hill's vision is to be a place where Christ lives, people love, and lives change, and its mission is to equip the saints, teach the Word, and serve the world. The Children and Youth Minister will join a collaborative ministry team in a congregation with strong children's classes, active life groups, and service and fellowship ministries designed to help every generation grow as disciples.

The purpose of this role is to strengthen children, youth, and families. Responsibilities include developing and communicating a quarterly calendar, overseeing activities with the congregation, working with the VBS director and committee, teaching children/youth classes on Wednesday and Sunday, equipping and supporting teachers, leading young men's training, overseeing young women's training, overseeing and leading Carpenter Kids, chairing the Youth Committee, and preaching or teaching adults as assigned.

The minister will assist the minister as needed, model a consistently evangelistic lifestyle, help build intergenerational community in the congregation, and carry administrative responsibilities. The minister will work closely with Elijah Bell, the minister, with one regularly scheduled meeting per week and more if needed. The job description may be refined through collaboration between the new minister and the church.

The compensation and benefit package is for a full-time position and includes a salary between $50,000 and $60,000, a minimum of 10 days of paid time, a minimum of 5 holidays, and a spacious, all-utilities-included 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment of approximately 1,200 square feet with ample storage. The housing has an approximate value of $18,000.
