Responsibilities include pulpit preaching, assigned Sunday and midweek Bible classes, mentoring and supporting fellow teachers, modeling discipleship, equipping members to share the Gospel, and coordinating with elders and deacons to strengthen community evangelism and service. The minister should love the Lord, be sanctified, communicate God's Word with humility, clarity, and conviction, and show strong commitment to New Testament Christianity and the authority of Scripture.
