About: Annapolis Church of Christ in Arnold, Maryland is a congregation of 110-120 members shepherded by three elders. The church desires to be scripturally based in its teaching and doctrinally sound in its service to the Lord. Its outreach has blessed the congregation with an increasingly diverse and active membership, and visitors have described the church as open and welcoming. The congregation enjoys numerous fellowship activities and quickly involves new members in the work.

The building is located just north of Annapolis, near the Chesapeake Bay, about thirty miles east of Washington, DC and about the same distance south of Baltimore. The area has a diverse and transient population, bringing unique opportunities and challenges for evangelism. The church has a long-standing, effective outreach program with the U.S. Naval Academy and expects its minister to take an active role in supporting it. The church is looking for a preacher who will help expand outreach efforts and strengthen community evangelism.
