Dear Loving Father in Heaven, This Sunday many preachers will speak of ways that we can honor our earthly fathers. We believe that You have instructed us to give honor to those who deserve it. We pray that when we do, we will be kind and thoughtful. But we pray, Dear God, most of all that we will never honor anyone above You. We thank You for being the perfect Father. We thank You for being the Father who loves all of Your sons who preach Your Truth. We thank You for giving us opportunities to share Your Good News with others who are Your children and with those who are thinking about becoming Your children. Father, we pray that You will be with Your sons who will share the Good News with others, even when we are frail and imperfect. We pray that You will extend Your grace and peace to all of Your sons who will preach Your Word. In the Name of Jesus, we Pray, Amen.
