Every one of us who is reading this article has dealt with some pain in our lives. All of us have struggled with relationships and family issues. All of us have been mistreated by someone. All of us have sinned and fallen short at some time in our lives.
As you consider these thoughts, I want to remind you of one more reality of this life. Someone needs you. That someone may be one of the preachers we’ve described here. That someone may be a fellow Christian who will listen to you, but not someone else. That someone may be a member of your family who hasn’t heard from you in a while but desperately needs you now. That someone may be someone who has yet to come to know Jesus, who may not be able to be reached by anyone else, but you. It is amazing how much grace comes to our hearts when we are struggling, yet still find a way to help someone else!
